Recent Reforms: We want to inform you about important reforms to Tasmania's conveyancing process, effective from 7 March 2024, which will impact any transaction settling from that date onwards. As part of these reforms, additional steps will be required in the conveyancing process, including the verification of your ID, verification of your right to deal with the property, and client authorisation.
